About Hotel 'Bravos'
Bravo Wine Bar has recently enjoyed an extensive refurbishment and exemplifies the French bistro, with French inspired cuisine and a 'goldmine' of a wine list. Brisbane New's Tony Harper in a September 2006 review said So, there is a lot more to Hotel Bravo than I'd previously thought. It is a thoughtful amalgam of well-conceived European bistro food, excellent service and a crackerjack drinks list in a warm, modern surrounds.
